Chapter 02: And then my husband was gone

I met with Alendio only five times.
Today, I'm once again dressed in a glamorous outfit for nothing and my caramel brown hair is curled into a bun.

At least, the long process was over.
I almost screamed more than once as the maids "decorated" me.
We're already married on the family register, but we don't like each other, so why should we bother meeting each other?

Chapter 03:  A lot has changed in 10 years, for both of us

Soaris Heathlans; 22 years old.
Long caramel brown hair always tied, falling to the right side of her shoulders.

Now I am not the daughter of, but an adult on my own... also, the former daughter of a noble.
After ten years of war, my father's trading business had fallen into disrepair, and the company had gone into decline several times.
It's a miracle that it's still in business.

That's why the Viscount Lindor family has fallen, and now everybody in my family, my younger siblings, including my mother, are working in different jobs.

Chapter 04: Who are you?!

The General Alendio returned to Royal Capital two days before expected celebration of the triumph.
To be precise, I heard he was back some minutes ago from my colleague, though.
The long procession of horsemen coming into the castle, I did see it in the morning, but from a window, I've work to do.

Everyone said, "Why don't you go to pick up your husband?"
But the last time I saw him, he was 15, and now he's 25, so I can't tell who he is from a distance.

Chapter 05: I'm going to be eaten!

A gorgeous carriage that rattles and wiggles.
The well-cushioned seat is clearly a luxury item.
Even in the past, when my father's business was in full swing, I had never ridden in a carriage as comfortable as this one.

Twice I had accompanied the princess to her tea party and found it as comfortable as the carriage I'm riding in.
The decorations were modest, perhaps because it was strange for a General to ride in a decorated carriage.

"Isn't it a dream, Soaris, to have you by my side again? To have you by my side..."

"Huh."

It's odd.
I'm wondering if I'm dreaming, too.

For some reason, a large man who looks like the young master Alendio (I still can't believe it's him) is sitting next to me in the large carriage, and he's giving me a charming smile.
His hand has been holding mine the whole time.

"I never thought you'd be working in the castle. But it allowed me to meet you again so quickly. I heard you were in the castle, working as safe keeper, and at that same moment I decided to go there to see you."

No matter how you look at it...
The expression on his face says he likes me, and he speaks in a gentle tone, Alendio is very a different person!!
